You just sew the pieces right sides together, sew the top edge down, and then turn right side out, and add a little loop for hanging.

This stocking measures approximately 21"longX15" across from heel to toe.
If you can't sew, you could put a little bead of Elmers glue between the edges, and after it dries turn it right side out.
